Refund policy

TUBER GUARANTEE: All tubers are grown, hand dug, divided and inspected on our small farm in Howell, Michigan. Tubers will be shipped with a minimum of one visible eye, an intact neck and a body. They vary in size and even the smallest will grow if they have eye, intact neck, and body. 

Please inspect your tubers within 7 days of delivery If you have any concerns, contact us at birddogflowerfarm@gmail.com. After 7 days we will consider you satisfied with the tubers.
